NBTC orders True to review and separate 2 parts to compensate for signal failure

The NBTC has ordered True to review its remedial measures for users affected by the mobile phone and internet signal disruption that resulted in inoperability on May 22. This was after True launched a remedial measure of "100 free minutes of calls and 10 GB of free data within 24 hours", which did not yield satisfactory results for the affected public and users.
